Another entry for :iconthemethursdays:, for the theme 'Space'.

I was nostalgically looking at some Lisa Frank pictures this morning, and I think the colors of this picture suffered greatly.

Um...Lessee...this did NOT turn out quite as I had planned...I used no reference and kind of...faked the perspective. As a result, the perspective is off and the body position is a bit weird. I also originally intended to have the colors a little more muted and the shading a little more cell. Neither of which happened. So...no, this is not something I'm going to send MOMA and try to convince them to hang it on the wall...but it was fun.

It also looks like it should be painted on the side of a van.

If you had not pointed out that you didn't plan for the perspective to be off or the body position to be werid, I would not have known. It works it this picture. I like it. Very Loud and Bright and Fantasy will take you everywhere type picture.
