Sour Breakup

Ok...so the title was actually based on this candy that Brachs used to have in their Pick-A-Mix that I really liked, but they discontiued...they were shaped like hearts, gummy, vaguely fruit-flavored, and coated with that sour sugar stuff...I was mad that I can't find them anymore, and my BF suggested that I name this picture after them in thier honor.

The picture is loosely based on a semi-pivitol(sp?) scene in a TV show I watch...I repeat, loosely based. I just kind of liked the feeling of the scene...that's all.

I did this while I was on vacation, and the sketchbook I have got moved around a lot, and the paper is kinna smooth, so a lot of the pencil smudged. I don't care. I didn't feel like cleaning it up--I might consider it at a later date, but don't count on it....


*I just realized that my ocean isn't exactly straight...it's um...the curvature of the earth. Yeah.
